Anti-Doping Services (ADS)

Former Anti-Doping International (ADI) was incorporated into ANADO on 1 January 2005, and is now referred to as ANADO's Anti-Doping Services (ADS).

Our mission is to build a global response to doping in sport, by:

• Increasing worldwide capacity for high quality activities
• Facilitating harmonization through Code implementation
• Maximizing sport’s investment in its future

Building Confidence in Sport

We believe that ANADO's anti-doping services (former Anti-Doping International) represent a central supplier of quality anti-doping services to international sport federations, major Games and other key stakeholders in the international sport community. We committed to building worldwide capacity to achieve doping-free sport.

ANADO consists of a worldwide network of national anti-doping organizations (NADOs). This network provides extensive expertise and experience in all facets of anti-doping.

The structure of the organization has been reviewed to allow for a broader inclusion of NADOs, improved harmonization and stronger global representation.

As a not-for-profit service provider, we are committed to ensuring all proceeds invested in our services remain within the sport community. All proceeds will effectively be recycled within sport in order to progress worldwide anti-doping initiatives to support a doping-free future.

Strategic Relationships
We relies on the complementary expertise of the individual NADOs. The NADO network shares a commitment to harmonizing best practices for doping control in compliance with international standards.

ANADO is committed to utilizing the experience and expertise of the NADO network to continually expand its international presence.

The NADO network provides an extensive pool of certified sample collection officers, greater coordination between international and domestic programs as well as providing regional, cultural, and language expertise.

The NADO network has had longstanding contractual and professional relationships with WADA-accredited laboratories around the world.

These laboratories maintain best practices in the field of blood and urine detection methodologies and operate in accordance with international standards.
