Program Development

The QP’s program development component aims to assist in a targeted manner based on the outcomes of the quality assessments.  The program development tools and processes that may be used include:

  • the QP’s online Library of Examples.  The Library is being built with the help of ANADO NADO and RADO Members who are providing documents that they feel are particular strengths of their anti-doping programs.  The documents are being provided in the spirit of Members sharing information with each other and therefore inclusion in the Library does not imply endorsement by ANADO or the Quality Working Commission.

ANADO Member NADOs and RADOs can visit the Library of Examples.

  • referral to sections in the Building National Anti-Doping Organizations manual which will be available soon

  • topic-specific checklists and information sheets

  • mentoring assistance (on a cost recovery basis if needed) from other ANADO Members by area of anti-doping expertise or region, including RADO development opportunities

  • Directory of Contacts.  The Directory facilitates informal information exchange amongst ANADO Members.

ANADO Members and Partners can visit the Directory of Contacts.

It is anticipated that a “Members Forum” will be added to this website in the future to support sharing views and information about issues that affect program development.  Teleconferences, webinars and/or podcasts may also be future possibilities.

ANADO workshops will include education, sharing information and mentoring opportunities on topics that are targeted to Members’ program development needs as identified through the assessment process, and ANADO will promote this approach to other hosts of workshops and training sessions.

The news and updates section provides access to other relevant resources such as the QP newsletters and helpful links such as the Legal Notes series prepared by Joseph de Pencier for ANADO.
