Tired Austrians Furious After Doping Raid (20.2.2006)

PRAGELATO, Italy - With his team's big race approaching, Austrian cross-country skier Martin Tauber stayed awake all night. It wasn't nerves keeping him up. It was paramilitary police. Just when Tauber was ready for a good night's sleep Saturday, Italian authorities stormed into the Austrian athletes' housing, conducting an unprecedented search for evidence of doping.
